Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Risk On Us provides performance-based customer acquisition services for local service businesses. We optimize your Google Business Profile, create conversion-focused landing pages, and implement tracking systems to generate qualified leads and booked appointments.

2. Performance-Based Pricing

Qualified Call Definition

A qualified call must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Caller is seeking your service or product
  • Caller is located within your defined service area
  • Call duration meets or exceeds the agreed minimum (typically 60-90 seconds)
  • Call is not spam, a robocall, wrong number, vendor pitch, or hang-up

Booked Appointment Definition

A booked appointment must include:

  • Confirmed date and time in your calendar or booking system
  • Customer contact information (name, phone, and/or email)
  • Confirmation via phone, online booking system, or text message

Note: No-shows after booking confirmation are still billable. You pay for the appointment being scheduled, not for customer attendance.

Billing Cadence

Billing occurs monthly in arrears. You are billed for all qualified leads or booked appointments delivered during the previous billing period, up to your agreed monthly cap.

3. Dispute Resolution

You have 7 days from the date of invoice to dispute any billed call or appointment. To dispute a charge:

  • Review the call recording or booking details in your dashboard
  • Submit a dispute with a specific reason
  • We will review and respond within 2 business days

Valid disputes are credited immediately. Disputes submitted after 7 days will not be honored.

4. Monthly Caps

You may set a maximum number of results (calls or appointments) per month to control your budget. Once your cap is reached, lead generation will pause until:

  • The next billing cycle begins, or
  • You increase your monthly cap

Monthly caps can be adjusted at any time and will take effect immediately.

5. Contract Term & Cancellation

All services are provided on a month-to-month basis. No long-term commitment required. To cancel:

  • Provide 7 days written notice before your next billing date
  • No cancellation fees or penalties apply
  • You will be billed for any delivered results through your final date

6. Client Responsibilities

To maximize results, you are responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls during business hours or returning missed calls promptly
  • Maintaining accurate business information and availability
  • Keeping your calendar or booking system up to date (if using appointment pricing)
  • Following up with leads in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate service area and business details

We generate the leads. You are responsible for closing them into paying customers.

7. Exclusivity (Optional)

Local exclusivity is available for an additional monthly fee. If you purchase exclusivity:

  • We will not provide services to your direct competitors in your service area
  • Exclusivity is first-come, first-served and subject to availability
  • Exclusivity does not guarantee zero competition from other sources

8. Disclaimers

Risk On Us is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. We are an independent marketing service that optimizes Google Business Profiles and local search visibility.

Results May Vary

Results depend on multiple factors including your market, level of competition, business offer, pricing, customer service, response time, and close rate. We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, or conversion outcomes.

No Refunds

Since you only pay for delivered results, no refunds are provided. If you believe a billed result does not meet the qualification criteria, use the dispute process outlined in Section 3.

9. Limitation of Liability

Risk On Us is not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or business losses resulting from missed calls, booking errors, technical issues, or any other factor outside our direct control. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
